Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information GhostyAds ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use our service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account information. Your name, email address, and password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We never receive your Google password.

Content you upload. The video and image files you submit for processing, and the processing options you select.

Usage information. Records of the jobs you run, the duration processed, and your consumption against your plan allowance.

Billing information. Plan, subscription status, and billing period. Card numbers and payment credentials are handled by our payment provider and are never received or stored by us.

Technical information. IP address, browser user agent, and timestamps of security-relevant events such as sign-in attempts.

2. How we use information

• To provide the Service and process the files you submit.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To measure usage against your plan and to bill you.
• To detect, prevent and investigate abuse, fraud and security incidents.
• To provide support when you contact us.
• To send service messages such as email confirmation, password recovery, billing notices and important changes to the Service.

3. Marketing and promotional use

By creating an account, you agree that we may use your name and email address for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes sending you newsletters, product announcements, offers and other commercial communications, and including your name among our customers in advertising, case studies and promotional materials across any medium.

We may also use your email address to build audiences on advertising platforms so that we can show you or people similar to you our advertisements.

This does not extend to the files you upload. The videos and images you process are never used in marketing, never shown publicly, and never shared for promotional purposes.

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such message or by writing to support@ghostyads.com. Opting out of marketing does not stop service messages that are necessary to operate your account.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service — such as our payment processor, our email delivery provider, and our hosting and infrastructure providers — and only to the extent they need it to perform that work on our behalf.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety and property of GhostyAds, our customers, or the public.

If GhostyAds is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will give notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Security

Your data is stored securely and access is restricted. Each account is isolated: your files and job history are accessible only from your own authenticated session, and no account can reach another account's data. Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing and are never readable by us or by anyone else.

No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

6. Retention

Uploaded and processed files are retained for the period associated with your plan and are then deleted automatically. You may delete files earlier at any time; deletion is permanent.

Account, usage and billing records are kept for as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as necessary to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Brazilian users have these rights under the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD).

You can update your name and password, and delete your files, directly in your account. For any other request, write to support@ghostyads.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

8. Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. It is required for the Service to function and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International transfers

We operate globally and your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. If a change is material we will provide notice by email or in the Service.
